We are looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s growth. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating social media activities, online initiatives, and partner with the Director of Business Development team to enhance our brand visibility, drive lead generation, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners.   • Social Media Management: Partner with the Director of Business Development to develop and execute social media strategies to engage our audience and promote our 3PL services, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Online Initiatives: Partner with the Director of Business Development on our online presence, including website updates, email campaigns, and online advertising efforts.
  • Marketing Coordination: Ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals and are consistent with our brand.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the Director of Business Development, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining relevant documents.
  • Brand Management: Work with the Director of Business Development to cultivate and maintain a strong brand presence in the logistics sector, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and manage lead generation strategies and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Implement marketing automation tools and strategies to streamline lead nurturing and improve conversion rates.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
